Women of the Church (WOC) ...

The purpose of the Presbyterian Women's group is to offer to the women of the church Bible study, fellowship, service and leadership opportunities.

This Presbyterian Women's Ministry is open to all women of First Presbyterian Church. There are 5 WOC Circles which meet on a monthly basis. These circles have a short business meeting, then focus on Bible study and fellowship.

The ladies also get together once a month for a Dutch Treat Luncheon at the Beaver House.

The Women of the Church have published 2 cookbooks.

"Feeding the Flock" - This wonderful cookbook is still available by calling the church office. Phone: 912.681.2053

"Predestined to Please" - Published in 1977. It sold for $2.50. It is no longer available.
